Madeline L. Sharp, 57

Madeline L. Sharp, 57, of Troy, Indiana, passed away at 8:12 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper, Indiana.

Madeline was born on January 25, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois to William and Louie (Samples) Scott. She married Kelly Sharp on November 24, 1979 at Southside Christian Church in Munster, Indiana.

Madeline was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, playing cards, keeping score for Women’s and Co-ed Volleyball Leagues. She was also a devoted supporter of family and friends.

Madeline is survived by her husband, Kelly Sharp of Troy; two daughters, Maeghan Foxen and her husband Jeremy, and Ashley Sharp, both of Jasper; three grandchildren, Rileigh Foxen, Alexis Easton, and Leah Cooper; one brother, John Scott and his wife Melissa, of French Lick.

Preceding her in death is one son, Brandon William Sharp, one sister, Valerie Gonzalez, and one brother, William L. Scott Jr.

Funeral services for Madeline Sharp will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday (May 31, 2014) at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper IN. Pastor Darrel Land will officiate.

Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 2, 2014, at Normanda Cemetery in Tipton County, Indiana.

Friends may call from 2:00p.m. until the 7:00 p.m. service time on Saturday, May 31, 2014, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper.
