Luna Lynn Grace Hays, infant, died from complications of a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital on April 5, 2014.

She is survived by her parents Tasha and Christopher Hays, a brother Danté Hays; maternal grandparents, Philip Schraner and Melody Reavis; paternal grandmother, Cheryl “Hays” Scott; maternal great grandparents, David & Mary Sims, Sharon Bender; great grandfather Charles Hays.

She was preceded in death by great grandparents Mike Schraner and Marcella Hays.

Services will be held at a later date.
