Senator Dick Lugar spoke at Kimball Corporate Auditorium in Jasper on Tuesday. The event was co-sponsored by the Dubois County Area Development Corporation and Kimball International. He donned a Strassenfest hat immediately after it was presented to him by Paul Voegerl from Jasper Embroidery. The hat had Senator Lugar's name embroidered on the back of the hat as well.
