Lucille J. Schwartz, 93
Lucille J. Schwartz, age 93, of Huntingburg, Indiana, passed away at 6:20 a.m., Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Scenic Hills Care Center in Ferdinand.
She was born June 16, 1920 in Huntingburg, Indiana to Henry and Matilda (Aufderhar) Dorsam. She married Alfred F. Schwartz on October 18, 1938 in Jasper. Lucille was a homemaker; an avid quilter; and a member of Salem United Church of Christ, the Ferdinand American Legion Auxiliary and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Alfred F. Schwartz, who died in 1993; one brother, Floyd Dorsam; and two great grandchildren.
She is survived by:

Twenty grandchildren, forty great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Lucille J. Schwartz will be held at 1:00 p.m., E.D.T., on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at the Bretzville Cemetery in Bretzville, Indiana. Pastor Mark West will officiate the services.
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., on Saturday; and also from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral on Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to Salem United Church of Christ in Huntingburg or St. John’s United Church of Christ in Bretzville.
