Lucille F. Schuetter, 80

Lucille F. Schuetter, age 80, of Jasper, passed away at 7:55 p.m. Monday, May 5, 2014, at her home.

She was born at New Boston, Indiana on July 27, 1933 to Frank W. and Josephine (Gudorf) Kleiser.

She married Gilbert Schuetter on April 5, 1956, He preceded her death on March 3, 1994.

Lucille had worked for the St. Vincent DePaul Store in Jasper for 42 years.

She is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church – St. Ann’s Society. Also Ladies Auxiliary to V.F.W. Post # 673 in Jasper.

She is survived by three daughters, Ann Glendening – Rick Runyan, of White Pigeon, Mich., Carol Schuetter and Karen Whitten and husband Robert Jr., both of Jasper; three sons, John Schuetter and wife Jane, of Jasper, Phil Schuetter and wife Maggie,of Tell City, and Brian Schuetter and wife Jennifer, of Jasper; six grandchildren and one stepgrandchild; three sisters, Pauline Englert and husband Hilary, of Ferdinand, Betty Overstreet, Owasso, Okla., Shirley Bartley of Jasper; four brothers, Harold Kleiser and wife Georgia, of Jasper, Frank P. Kleiser and wife Beverly, of Jasper, Donald Kleiser and wife Jane, of Jasper, and Earl Kleiser and wife Carmen, Richmond, Va.;

Preceding her in death besides her husband are two sisters, Mary Ann Prance and Norma Lee Kleiser, two brothers, Alfred Kleiser and Leroy Kleiser.

Funeral services for Lucille F. Schuetter will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, May 9, 2014 in St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Thursday, May 8, 2014, at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper. Rosary will be held at 1:45 p.m. Thursday by members of the St. Ann’s Society at the funeral home.
