Louise Emmons, 98, Dale

Louise Emmons, 98, Dale, formerly of Huntingburg, died on Sunday September 25 at Willowdale Village.

She was born November 14, 1917 in Stendal to John and Lydia (Bauermeister) Kronemeyer, and was the great-great-granddaughter of Rev. Wilhelm Bauermeister, a founding father of Stendal.

She was a member of the Dale United Methodist Church in Dale.

She is survived by her three children, Sandy Songer, Steve Emmons and Teresa Emmons; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Estel (Casey) Emmons; a son, John David Emmons; four brothers and seven sisters.

Funeral Services are planned for Tuesday Sept. 27, at 2 p.m. CDT at the Fuller Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Fairmount Cemetery in Huntingburg.

Visitation from 11 a.m. CDT till service time on Tuesday.
