Lorraine F. Gentry, 86

Lorraine F. Gentry, age 86, of Huntingburg, Indiana, passed away at 11:50 a.m., Thursday, September 6, 2012 at her home in Huntingburg after an extended illness.

She was born December 11, 1925 in Taswell, Indiana to Paul and Ida Mae (Hall) Trusty. Lorraine was a retired hairdresser and professional cook; and was a member of the Huntingburg United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by: her parents; and one brother and one sister-in-law, Leon (Ruby) Trusty.

She married John Gentry of Huntingburg on September 2, 1950.

Funeral services for Lorraine F. Gentry will be held at 2:00 p.m., E.D.T., on Sunday, September 9, 2012 at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Mayo Cemetery near Duff, Indiana. The Rev. Joe Kamman will officiate the services.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 3:00-7:00 p.m., Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: The Huntingburg United Methodist Church for Maple Grove Renovations.
