Lonnie D. Leslie, 83, Loretto, Tenn.

Lonnie D. Leslie, 83, of Loretto, Tenn., passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025. 

He was a native of Huntingburg and a disabled veteran. Mr. Leslie served his country honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps.

He was preceded in death by his father, Preston Leslie; one sister, Debbie Elliott; one brother, Rodger Leslie; and one son, Lonnie Leslie, Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Annette J. Leslie of Loretto, Tenn.; two sons, Josh Leslie and Jesse Leslie, both of Loretto, Tenn.; one daughter, Cathy Henderson of Indiana; his mother, Alberta Leslie of Dade City, Fla.; one brother, Steve Leslie of Dade City, Fla.; and four grandchildren, Ryan Henderson, Justin Henderson, Abbie Leslie, and Allie Leslie.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. 

A private inurnment will be held at a later date at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens.
