Linda (Mangin) Mullen, 85, Ferdinand
Linda (Mangin) Mullen passed away on May 28, 2026, at The Scenic Hills at the Monastery in Ferdinand, surrounded by her family.

Linda was a lifelong resident of Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick, whom she married in Montgomery, Indiana, on Nov. 25, 1960 and with whom she was married for 64 years.
85Linda is survived by her six children, Lloyd Mullen, Brenda (Mike) Huemmer, Kevin (Yvonne) Mullen, Bernie (Linda) Mullen, Mary (Dave) Reese and Jim (Chris) Mullen; her brother, Mike (Mary Rose) Mangin; brother-in-law, Larry Brochin; and sister-in-law, Dosia Mangin.
She also has 13 grandchildren, Connor (Alecia) Mullen, Quinn Mullen, Lorna Mullen, Kevin (Rachel) Huemmer, Jessica (Brian) Ross, Lauren (Logan) Gauker, Rachel (Kevin) Green, Nicole Huemmer, Kristi (Doug) Meiring, Shelby (Braden) Speer, TJ (Lauren) Reese, Jordan (Brent) Duncan, Trey (Lauren) Reese, and 16 great grandchildren.
Linda was born on May 21, 1941, to Austin and Thelma Mangin in Montgomery. She was the sixth of nine children.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings; Richard (Ruth) Mangin, Bernard Mangin, Patty (Donnie) Brothers, Jim (Sue) Mangin, Gerry (Agnes) Mangin, Joyce Brochin, and Kenny Mangin.
Linda was devoted to her husband and family. She loved spending time with her family and siblings, traveling, and attending her grandchildren’s and great-grandchildren’s events. She was affectionately nicknamed “Grandma Great”. She was a co-owner and co-operator of Towns Promotions in Jasper. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper, Indiana, with burial to be held at 2:30 p.m. at St. Martin Cemetery in Whitfield, Indiana.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Mass time at the church on Tuesday.
