Lincoln Amphitheatre Announces 2025-2026 Spencer County School Award Recipients

The Lincoln Amphitheatre has announced its 2025-2026 “Honest Abe” award recipients at elementary schools in the North Spencer County School Corporation and the South Spencer School Corporation.  The recipients, selected by their teachers, must have exemplified outstanding strength of character, integrity, honesty, and trust. Inside and outside the classroom, the awardee has displayed leadership, as well as open-mindedness, patience, and positivity.

North Spencer awardees (all grade 6):

  • Hadley Arnold, Chrisney Elementary School
  • Phoebe Ford, David Turnham Education Center
  • Conner Sitzman, Lincoln Trail Elementary School
  • Cooper Schmitt, Nancy Hanks Elementary School

South Spencer awardees (all grade 5):

  • Anna Fuger, Luce Elementary School
  • Branson Adkisson, Rockport Elementary School

Additionally, Heritage Hills High School selected to honor Alicia Fortune as the “Lincoln Amphitheatre Heritage Hills Theater Senior of the Year”.  This award is intended to recognize outstanding achievement in performing arts throughout high school, as well as the embodiment of the highest standards of leadership in their school and theater department while also demonstrating positive impact.
