Lilly Dawn “Willy” Leistner, one year old infant, of Taswell, Indiana, was pronounced deceased at 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 in the emergency room of I.U. Health Paoli Hospital in Paoli, Indiana.

Lilly was born April 24, 2014 in Harrison County, Indiana to Wesley Hembree and Hailey Leistner. She was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Brenda “Crazy Granny” Doyle; and great aunt, Tiffany Dawn Burgdorf.

She is survived by her mother, Hailey Leistner of Taswell; her father, Wesley Hembree of St. Anthony; grandparents, Laura Burgdorf Fitch and Larry Fitch of Taswell; Mary Hembree and Richard Hembree of St. Anthony; great-grandfather, Dennis Burgdorf of Wickliffe; four aunts and three uncles, Ashley Merrimon of Taswell, Sebrina Bachman of Birdseye, Brittany Seitz of Taswell, Jennifer Faulks of St. Anthony, Caden Leistner of Jasper, Tristan Leistner of Jasper, and Patrick Faulks of West Virginia; three cousins, Maci Merrimon of Taswell, Addie Andry of Birdseye, and Aubrie Andry of Birdseye.

Funeral services for Lilly Dawn Leistner will be held at 1:00 p.m. E.D.T., on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg.  Brother Lee Brown will officiate at the funeral.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday and from noon to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
