Letter to the Editor: Wehr will continue his dedication to Huntingburg as a councilman

Why is Tim Wehr a good idea?

Tim lives in Huntingburg because he loves this small community that values education, family, safety and a modest cost of living. He was born and raised in Huntingburg and raised his own family here.

Tim is an active citizen who volunteers his time as a member of the Huntingburg Citizens Advisory Group.

He worked on the successful “Yes for Southridge” school renovation committee in 2012.

His involvement with St. Mary’s Church and other non-profit organizations shows us all that Tim is a hard-working, ethical man who spends his time and energy close to home, making Huntingburg a great community for all who work and live here.

Working as a trusted pilot for Kimball International for 15+ years, Tim has had the chance to visit many other communities throughout the Midwest and across the country. He brings this perspective home to Huntingburg to help build a “Best Place to Be” for all of us.

Tim Wehr is running as an Independent candidate and he will do what is best for our community and remain uninfluenced by political party biases. Specifically, Tim seeks to improve our roads, lower property taxes and reduce utility bills.

As he has for years, Tim will listen to your ideas and concerns and work to make Huntingburg the place we are proud to call home.

For your family and ours, please come out to vote for our brother Tim Wehr for Councilman-at-Large on Tuesday, November 3rd.

Denise Wehr Miller, Cynthia Wehr Meyer, Kathleen Wehr Foerster and Douglas Wehr
