Letter: IRS scandal not so shocking

The Freedom Makers of Dubois County would like to state we have not been a target of the IRS at any point since our founder Charmian Klem first formed our group in late 2009.

It is a sad day when the Federal Government comes after people and groups like two of the recent scandals point out, but it was just a matter of time.

The few decades show an increased involvement from the Federal Government in our daily lives and what is happening while horrible, isn’t quite the shock to freedom and liberty orientated groups as it is to the general public.

The Freedom Makers of Dubois County will continue being a source of education on a full spectrum of political issues and topics to those who live in and around Dubois County.
