Letter: Important upcoming Mid-States Corridor events

There are several Mid-States Corridor events happening next week:

MONDAY, MAY 12

This is the DEADLINE for submission of COMMENTS to Lochmueller/INDOT regarding the Draft Purpose and Need Statement.  

Be sure to get your comments in before the deadline.  Encourage family, friends and neighbors to submit comments as well.

TUESDAY, MAY 13 – 7:00PM AT THE SCHNITZELBANK 

This is the next Property Rights Alliance Meeting.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 14 – 1:00PM  AT THE DUBOIS COUNTY COURTHOUSE

The State Attorney General, on behalf of INDOT and the Lochmueller Group, has filed a Motion for a Temporary Injunction and Protective Order against 121 residents of Dubois County. The are some of the residents who refused to allow INDOT’s surveyors onto their private property, without the proper court documents, as required by law. Judge Veerkamp will be presiding.

The public is invited and encouraged to attend all of the Mid-States Corridor events.
