Kristy Ann Fritz, 71, Jasper

Kristy Ann Fritz, 71, of Jasper, died on October 24, 2026.

Kristy was born on October 28, 1954, in Huntingburg to the late Lawrence & Lillian (Nordhoff) Fritz.

Kristy was a 1972 graduate of Ferdinand High School.

Kristy lived and worked in and around Dubois County, Indiana, in administrative roles, retail, and in-home caregiver services. Outside of work, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was an avid crocheter and enjoyed singing and thrift shopping. Kristy was a member of Antioch Bible Church in Washington, Indiana.

Kristy is survived by her children, Craig (Lori) Weyer, Erin (Ryan) Stemle, and Kristy Ann (Ben) Schepers; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her sister, Jill Fritz; sister-in-law, Kay Fritz (John); brother-in-law, Harley (Pat) Ebert, and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, John Fritz and Jeff Fritz; one sister, Patricia Ebert; one nephew, Nicholas Ebert, and one grandson, Theo Schepers.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Redemption Christian Church, 1450 Energy Drive, Jasper, IN 47546. A memorial service will follow at the church on Thursday at 5:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Keith Meece.

Instead of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made to the Lange-Fuhs Cancer Center or the church in Kristy’s honor. However, if desired, you may deliver flowers to the church on Thursday between 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.
