Karla Jean Reynolds, 57, Bloomington

Karla Jean Reynolds, 57, of Bloomington, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Wednesday, November 16, 2022.

Karla was born August 17, 1965, in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and raised in Dubois, Indiana. She was the daughter of Walter and Betty King.

A graduate of Indiana University, Karla played in several bands through the years and enjoyed music along with reading and arts, visiting Lake Monroe, watching old movies and loving her animals.

Karla is survived by her parents, Walter and Betty King; husband, Dave Reynolds; son, Taylor J. Bastin (Jenna Degner-Lopez); two stepsons, Michael and Kyle Reynolds; stepdaughter, Jodi Reynolds.

Karla’s family will receive friends on Saturday, December 3, 2022, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington.

A Celebration of Karla’s life will begin at 2 p.m. that will include a time to share memories.
