Karen R. Luegers, 65

Karen R. Luegers, 65, of Jasper, passed away at 1:11 a.m. on Sunday, May 31, 2015, at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.

Karen was born in Richland Center, Wisconsin on October 7, 1949 to David and Grace (Nelson) Hill. She married Robert T. Luegers on October 20, 1984 in Providence Home Chapel in Jasper.

She owned and operated First Edition Interior Design Company for many years. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, and she was past president of the Kiwanis Club.

She is survived by her husband, Robert T. Luegers of Jasper; one daughter, Ashley Luegers of Jasper; one son, Rob Luegers and his wife Jessica of Jasper; one brother, Mike Hill of Muscoda, Wis.

Preceding her in death besides her parents are one sister, Susan Bomkamp, and one brother, David Hill Jr.

Funeral services for Karen R. Luegers will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday (June 3, 2015) at Holy Family Catholic Church in Jasper with burial to follow at a later date.

Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service time at the church on Wednesday.

Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church or the Dubois County Humane Society Endowment at the Dubois County Community Foundation.
