Juveniles identified in fatal Orange County crash
The Indiana State Police released the identities of the juvenile involved in the fatal crash in Orange County Sunday evening.
In cooperation with the Orange County Coroner’s office, all notifications have been made to the respective families of the two persons killed in yesterday’s crash, according to police.
Kyndell Bailey, 15, Orleans, and Jocelyn Phillips, 16, of Paoli, were found deceased at the crash. Keeghan Jones, 18, Paoli, and Trandon Blevins, 15, Paoli, were passengers in the vehicle and were transported to area hospitals.
Indiana State Police are investigating the crash that occurred on County Road 500 North in Orange County that was reported at about 8:20 p.m. Sunday night.
According to police, the four juveniles were westbound in a 2006 Pontiac on County Road 500 North when they lost control and left the south side of the roadway. The vehicle flipped multiple times before landing on its roof in a field.
The crash is still under investigation by the Indiana State Police. When more information becomes available, they will issue an update.
Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Paoli Police Department, and Orleans Police Department assisted at the scene.
