Josephine Chea Hagemeyer, 13, Stendal

Josephine Chea Hagemeyer, 13, of Stendal, passed away at 11:44 p.m., on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.

She was born April 29, 2004, in New Kru Town, Liberia, West Africa.

She is survived by her parents, Ryan J. and Rachel A. (Houchin) Hagemeyer of Stendal; seven siblings, Isaiah (23), Sarah (19), Matthew (17), Nilam (17), Anya (16), Aiden (14), and Meghan Hagemeyer (10); her grandparents, Clifton Hagemeyer of Stendal, Roger and Connie Junkin of Huntingburg, and Stephen & Debbie Houchin of Stendal; and by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private memorialization will take place at a later date. Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg has been entrusted with the arrangements.
