John Daniel Snyder, 54, Huntingburg

John Daniel Snyder, 54, Huntingburg, formerly of Sturgis, Ky., died Sunday at Memorial Hospital & Healthcare Center in Jasper.

He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is preceded in death by his father J.W. Snyder and one daughter, Jodie Snyder

He is survived by his mother, Gladys Snyder of Sturgis, Ky.; one son, John Samuel Snyder of Henderson, Ky,; one sister, Darlene Heaven of Morganfield, Ky.; one brother, Warren Snyder of Sturgis, Ky.; his companion, Kelly Deno and the children he raised since they were babies, Xiomara and Adrian of Huntingburg.

Funeral Service will be at 2 p.m. on Friday at Whitsell Funeral Home in Sturgis, Ky. Rev. Wayne Stewart will officiate. Visitation will be on Friday 11 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Grangertown Cemetery in Sturgis, Ky.
