Johanna “Jo” A. Lewallen, 77

Johanna “Jo” A. Lewallen, age 77, of Huntingburg, passed away Friday afternoon, June 7, 2013 at her residence.

She was born October 28, 1935 in Dubois County, Indiana to Hershel and Loretta (Klee) Wood. She married George R. Lewallen on October 4, 1986 in Hawaii.

Johanna was a homemaker and member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by: her first husband, John Schwinghammer, who died in 1984.

Kay Taylor – Port Saint Joe, FL

by two grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Johanna A. Lewallen will be held at 11:00 a.m., E.D.T., on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Huntingburg.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 9:00 a.m.-10:45 a.m., on Saturday, the day of the funeral.
