Joe E. Mullins, 67, Winslow

Joe E. Mullins, 67, of Winslow, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024, at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville.

Joe was born in Petersburg on February 14, 1957, to Norman “Moon” and Fern (Beadles) Mullins.

He was self-employed and loved fishing. He had a generous heart to all of his friends.

He is survived by his sister Norma (James) Goen of Crestview, Florida and by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy (Dent) Mullins; parents, Moon and Fern Mullins; sisters, Mary Jane Smith and Frances L. Schmidt; and nephew, Jason N. Goen.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at O.D. Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, Indiana, with burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Winslow, Indiana. Visitation will be from noon until service time at the funeral home.
