Joann M. Wright, 57

Joann M. Wright, age 57, of Huntingburg, formerly of Birdseye, passed away Wednesday morning, February 8, 2012 at her residence. She was born April 8, 1954 in Harrison County, Indiana to Marcelle and Florence (Cokert) Rochner. Joann worked at Blue River in Marengo, Amaray International in Princeton, and Hardee’s in Jasper. She was preceded in death by: her parents.

She is survived by:

One son,

• Mark Allen Wright – Huntingburg, IN,

One sister,

• Rose Mary Rochner – Evansville, IN,

Her long-time companion,

• Billy Newton – Birdseye, IN,

and (2) grandchildren,

• Mark William Wright, age 5 – Washington, IN,
• Heidi Marie Wright, age 12 – Birdseye, IN.

Joann Wright will be cremated and her cremains will be scattered at a later date. There will be no public visitation or funeral services. Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg has been entrusted with the arrangements.
