Joan Knight, 78, West Baden Springs

Joan Knight, 78, of West Baden Springs, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on September 6th, 2020 at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, Indiana.

She was born in Huntingburg on July 10, 1942, to Jerome Peterson and Fronia (Partenheimer) Weigel.

Joan married Ray Knight on May 16, 1986, and he survives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister and one daughter.

She is survived by three sons, Dale McNeely (Becky) of Huntingburg, Doug Knight (Theresa) of Paoli, and David Knight (Kathy) of Bloomfield; four daughters, Sherry Arnold (Jim) of Poseyville, Linda Anderson (Todd) of Geneva, Ala., Rhonda Dillard (Johnny) of Holton, Dina Smitson (Tracy) of Paoli; one sister, Linda Barnett of Huntingburg; 17 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; many nephews and nieces.

A graveside ceremony will be conducted on Saturday, September 12, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. at Ames Chapel Cemetery, Paoli, Indiana.

Friends may call on Saturday, September 12, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home.
