Jo Ellen Carrico, 82, Jasper

Jo Ellen Carrico, 82, of Jasper, passed away at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper.

She was born at Washington, Indiana on September25, 1936, to William Edward and Lula (Kemlo) Blines.  She married Albert T. Carrico January 28, 1956, at Washington, Indiana and he preceded her in death on December 5, 2013.

Jo Ellen was a graduate of Washington High School and had worked for Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center in Jasper and retired from Kimball Electronic after twenty years of service. She is a member of the First Baptist Church in Jasper. She loved going to the Habig Center, bingo and playing cards.

She is survived by one daughter, Anna Carrico of Jasper.

Preceding her in death besides her husband are two daughters, Mary Elizabeth and Lisa Louise Carrico; four sisters; Earladean Reister, Virginia Reister, Louise Callahan and Dorothy Lou Jones.

Funeral services for Jo Ellen Carrico will be held at noon Saturday, March 30. 2019, at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until service time at the funeral home.
