Jimmy Lee Warner, 64, Petersburg

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Lee Warner of Petersburg, Indiana, who passed away on December 26, 2025, at the age of 64.

He was predeceased by his parents, Jim Warner and Linda Fettinger (Fettinger); his grandson, Joe Choate Jr. (Jessica); and his great-grandchild, Aras Garland (Jessica Garland).

He is survived by his daughters, Melissa Garland (Shawn) and Jessica Warner; his adoptive daughters, Tearsha Logston and Jaylyn Warner; his siblings, Michael Warner, Dee Jay Warner and Melinda Mayfield (Benjamin); his grandchildren, Ethan Boyer, Brittany, Blake, Sara, Jessica Garland, Monica Woods, Bradley Woods and Gage Choate; and his great grandchildren, Zander Logston, Noah Fleener and Hazel Fleener.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary (620 E Viola Ave, Washington, IN 47501). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at the same location.
