Jess Anthony “Tony” Klem, 57, Jasper

Jess Anthony “Tony” Klem, 57, Jasper, passed away at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2016, at home.

Jess was born in Jasper, Indiana on December 29, 1958 to August and Mary Catherine (Craney) Klem.

Jess was a U.S. Navy Veteran and worked for the Westin Hotel in Indianapolis for many years. He enjoyed playing golf and music. He was also a competitive ping pong player.

He is survived by one brother, Frank Klem of Jasper; three sisters, Sheila Ann Deusser of Huntingburg, Rita Hollis and her husband Jan of Otwell and Janet Rees and her husband Jim of Yukon, Okla.

Preceding him in death besides his parents are one sister, Mary Agnes Schoop and one brother, Junior Klem.

Private funeral services for Jess Anthony “Tony” Klem were held at Becher-Kluesner Funeral Home in Jasper with burial to be held at a later date.
