Jeffery L. Moore, 55
Jeffery L. Moore, age 55, of Velpen, Indiana, passed away at 6:20 p.m., Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in the emergency room of Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.
He was born October 15, 1956 in Evansville, Indiana to Robert Moore, Sr. and Doris (Bullock) Moore. Jeff was a mechanic at the Otwell Merchantile and a veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by: his mother and father; and one infant brother, Donald Ray Moore.
He is survived by:
One daughter, Tonya L. Hief – Jasper, IN,
One son, Jason Taber – Jasper, IN,
His companion, Rachel Jones – Velpen, IN,

- Robert Moore, Jr. – Huntingburg, IN,

- Scott Moore – Tell City, IN,
and by (3) grandchildren,
Noah Hief, Mariah Hief and Collin Hief.
Funeral services for Jeff Moore will be held at 10:00 a.m., E.S.T., on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Fairmount Cemetery in Huntingburg. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the V.F.W. Memorial Honor Guard.
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., Monday.
