Jeff Todd Barnett, 55

Jeff Todd Barnett, 55, of Huntingburg, passed away Sunday evening, August 17, 2014 at his home.

He was born February 28, 1959 in Huntingburg, Indiana, to Robert and Helen (Witte) Barnett.

Jeff worked at Office Furniture Styline as a semitrailer loader. He was a member of the Heritage Hills High School Class of 1977 and enjoyed music, watching NASCAR and the Colts, and home brewing. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Barnett.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Cara and Brad Ward of Jasper; his son, Tyler Barnett of Nashville, Tenn.; his mother,
Helen Barnett of Dale; his brother and sister-in-law, Darrin and Shari Barnett of Huntingburg; one granddaughter, Finley Ward, at home and two nieces, Karly and Haley Barnett, both at home.

Funeral services for Jeff Barnett will be held at 10:00 a.m., EST on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at the Dale Cemetery in Dale, Indiana.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., E.D.T., on Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dubois County Community Foundation. Condolences may be shared with the family online at www.nassandson.com.
