Jeff A. Baglan, age 50, of Dubois, Indiana, passed away at 3:00 p.m. Monday, November 4, 2013, at his home in Dubois.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2014, at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in Dubois.

Friends may call from 9:00-10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the church.
