Jasper’s new pool opens

The first patrons to the new Jasper Municipal Pool headed up to the top of the slides immediately after it opened for the first time on Saturday.

The new Jasper Municipal Pool opened for the first time Saturday at noon. The cooler weather may have slowed the crowds, but according to Parks Director Tom Moorman, this allowed the department to ease into the new routines at the greatly expanded complex.
