Jasper to close busy intersection this Saturday

The City of Jasper and its contractor will close the intersection of 15th and Mill Street to all traffic on Saturday, March 1st, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to facilitate the connection of a new water main to an existing water main. 

The truck detour route will be Newton Street to Thirtieth Street to Cathy Lane to access industrial areas in the east 15th Street vicinity. The City of Jasper reminds motorists to use caution and slow down in construction zones.
