Jasper streets closed for concrete removal

The Jasper Street Dept has currently closed Mill Street between Third Avenue and Fourth Street and Third Street between Mill Street and Third Avenue for concrete street removal prior to the application of an asphalt surface.

The removal of the concrete is a necessary step to provide a more stable surface to which the asphalt is applied. 

It is possible, that this closure may extend a week or possibly longer due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen events.
