Jasper Street Dept. paving schedule to impact streets

The Jasper Street Department will lead off the 2021 milling/paving season through the next seven days, weather permitting.

Milling will begin Thursday and Friday, May 20 and 21 with paving to follow Monday through Wednesday, May 24 and May 25 on the following streets:

  • Easy Street
  • Crossroads Avenue
  • University Drive from Grandview, north to the cul-de-sac
  • Grandview Drive
  • Hillbrook Drive
  • Willow Lane
  • Greene Street from 13th to 15th
  • Anderson Street from 4th to 8th
  • 6th Street from Anderson, east to railroad crossing
  • Paver patch on 6th Street in front of Jasper Police Department

(The milling/paving will not necessarily follow the list above.)

Motorists may wish to avoid these areas as, although these streets will not be closed, there will, however, be delays.

Again, this schedule will be followed, barring inclement weather or any other unforeseen events.
