Jasper road closures for Friday

The Jasper Street Department will be applying road preservation materials on several city streets starting Friday Sept. 20th, 2013; weather permitting.

Portions of six streets will be closed for the application and should only be affected one day for each section of street including closure overnight to allow materials to set-up.

Streets affected:

-West 15th Street from Emily to Worrell and Worrell to Saint Charles Street

-West 14th Street from Robert to Emily

-Ridgewood Lane – south of 2nd Street and North of 2nd Street

-Daisy Lane – South of 2nd Street and North of 2nd Street

-Gregory Lane from Lechner to Kluemper

-Saint Charles Street from Division Road to Hedinger Beverage

Daily work on the designated streets will begin at about 7:45 a.m. closing the street to traffic during the day and overnight. Roads affected will reopen the next morning at 7:30 a.m.

Residents will be notified one day prior to work being done on their street via door hangers and notices will be sent to the media as work progresses.

Please use alternate route during this time for safety of workers, motorists and residents.
