Jasper Public Library Board of Trustees Executive Session

Notice of Executive Session 

The Board of Trustees of the Jasper Public Library will meet in Executive Session at 5:30 pm, Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012.  The meeting will be held in the Conference Room at Library Annex 1103 Main St., Jasper. 

The purpose of this meeting is strategy discussion necessary for competitive or bargaining reasons, with respect to the purchase or lease of real property as provided for by I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(D)

and

To discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees. This subdivision does not apply to a discussion of the salary, compensation, or benefits of employees during a budget process, as provided

for by I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9)
