Jasper police net 34 citations, two OWIs during Click It or Ticket

Jasper Police today wrote 24 citations for seatbelt violations during the 2020 Click It or Ticket enforcement mobilization, which began in early November and lasted through the end of the month.

Over 20 days, the Jasper Police Department worked 32 hours of overtime traffic enforcement. During this period, JPD made 84 traffic stops, issued 80 written warnings, issued 34 traffic citations and made two O.W.I. arrests during the traffic-enforcement mobilization.
