Jasper Middle School Performing Arts presents Seussical Jr.

This weekend, Jasper Middle School Performing Arts will bring many of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters to life in Seussical Jr.

The fantastical musical extravaganza from Tony-winners, Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, will take audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus as the Cat in the Hat “helps” Horton the Elephant, who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called the Whos.

Horton must protect the Whos from a world of naysayers and dangers, and he must also guard an abandoned egg that’s been left in his care by the irresponsible Mayzie La Bird. 

The show opens Friday, March 6, at 7 p.m. There are two opportunities to catch it on Saturday, March 7; one at 3 p.m. and the final show at 7 p.m. Tickets are $6 and will be available at door 12 at JMS.
