Jasper mayor schedules State of City addresses

Jasper — Jasper Mayor Terry Seitz will present the annual State of the City address in the coming weeks.

The Rotary Club will host the mayor at the Days Inn next Thursday. The meeting is for Rotary members and their guests only.

On Feb. 27, Mayor Seitz will speak at the Jasper Optimists’ meeting held at 7 a.m. at Shoney’s Restaurant. Dining is at the discretion of the guests and is not provided by the Optimists.

His final State of the City address will be at the Lion’s Club lunch meeting on March 6 at noon. The event will be at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 673 and the lunch costs $8 per person. Reservations can be made by contacting Patty Wollenman by email at patty.wollenman@53.com.
