Jasper man charged with dealing meth

Jasper police charged a man with dealing methamphetamines after they allegedly located 13.9 grams of meth in individual baggies Sunday.

According to police, officers responded to a home on Wagon Street at about 10:50 a.m. for a different incident and made contact with Talon A. Miller, 25, of E. Sixteenth Street, Jasper. During the contact, Miller allegedly told police he had drug items on his person.
Police say they located the methamphetamines as well as a scale.
He was charged with felony counts of dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamines and a misdemeanor count of possession of paraphernalia.
