Jasper man arrested for rape

The Jasper Police Department arrested Jacob D. Hundley, 23, of 923 Mill Street, on a Dubois County Circuit Court warrant for a Level 1 felony count of rape, Level 3 felony count of aggravated battery and Level 6 felony count of strangulation.

The warrant was issued after a recent investigation by the Jasper Police Dept.

Hundley was located at 923 Mill St, Jasper on Saturday, September 10 at approx. 7:00 p.m. where he was taken into custody and lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.  

Jasper Police Department was assisted by the Dubois County Sheriff’s Department.     

Arrested subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
