Jasper High School students earn top scholastic honors

Jasper high School seniors Cody Jacob and Nicholas Monesmith have been named Commended Students in the 2015 Nation Merit Scholarship Program.

More than 1.5 million students nationwide entered the 2015 competition. Students PSAT scores establish the basis for determining commendations and scholarships.

The scores achieved by Jacob and Nick placed them in approximately the top 3 percent nationwide.
