Jasper Chamber hosting summer health screening
Remember to fast 12 hours prior to the scheduled screening appointment, drink plenty of water, and take medications as prescribed.
Drinking plenty of water during their 12 hour fasting is encouraged as it hydrates the body (making it easier to find and draw labs).
The Screening Dates/Times are as followed:
When: Tuesday, July 23rd from 5:40 a.m. — 9:00 a.m.

Screening Result Sessions: Tuesday, August 6th from 8:00 a.m.—10:00 a.m.

*** If participants are unable to attend the result sessions, their results will be mailed to the address they provide at the screening.
