Jasper Chamber, EXOS to host free cybersecurity lunch and learn for local businesses

The Jasper Chamber of Commerce and chamber member EXOS will host a free “Cyber Threat Defense” lunch and learn for area business leaders on Thursday, September 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Jasper Train Depot.

The event, subtitled “What Every Business Needs to Know,” is free to attend, with lunch provided. Topics will include the top cyber threats currently targeting Indiana businesses, how to recognize phishing, ransomware, and social engineering attacks, practical steps to protect data, employees, and customers, the real costs of a data breach, and free tools and resources businesses can put to use immediately.
