Jason M. Jerger, 24

Jason M. Jerger, age 24 of Marshall, Illinois and formerly of Newburgh, Indiana passed away on Monday (January 2, 2012) due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

He was born August 13, 1987 in Jasper to Keith and Karen (Wilmes) Jerger.

Jason was a graduate of Castle High School in Newburgh, Indiana and Purdue University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was employed at North American Lighting in Paris, Illinois as a Quality Engineer.

Jason was a joy to everyone and had a smile that would light up a room.

Preceding him in death are his grandparents, Charles and Billie Jerger.

Funeral services for Jason Jerger will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday (January 7, 2012) in St. Mary Catholic Church in Ireland with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Friday (January 6, 2012) at the Becher – Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
