Jason D. “Puckey” Hughes, 45, French Lick

Jason D. “Puckey” Hughes, 45, of French Lick, went home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Friday, October 16, 2020, at his residence.

He was born on July 11th, 1975 in Huntingburg to Wayne and Lena (Feltner) Hughes.

Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, Volley and Hilda Feltner; Elmer Hughes and Connie (Stone) Hughes-Glass.

He married the love of his life, Loran Jones, on September 26, 2015.

Jason is survived by his wife, Loran Hughes of French Lick; parents, Wayne and Lena Hughes of French Lick; brother, Michael Hughes (Rena) of French Lick; sister, Angie (Hughes) Matthews (Jason)of Birdseye; mother and father-in-law, Danny and Lisa Jones of Mitchell; five aunts; five uncles; two brothers-in-law and a godson, Eli Fox.

Cremation was chosen and visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home, French Lick, Indiana. A private family service will be held at a later time.
