James “Bimbo” J. Gunselman, 81

James “Bimbo” J. Gunselman, 81, of Huntingburg, Indiana, passed away at 4:00 a.m., Sunday, July 27, 2014, at The Waters of Huntingburg nursing center in Huntingburg.
He was born October 17, 1932 in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Ed and Rose (Gunselman) Klee. Jim was a retired crane operator for Olinger Construction Company and Hall Local #181. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, the Y.M.I. Club, the Huntingburg Fraternal Order of Eagles, and was an avid baseball fan.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Leta (Bernardi) Gunselman, who passed away November 8, 2012.
He is survived by two daughters and two son-in-laws, Debbie (Cliff) Martin of Sarasota, Florida and Shelly (Eric) Hedinger of Jasper; two sons and two daughter-in-laws, Jimmy (Deb) Gunselman of Jasper and Lanny (Donna) Gunselman of Holland; one brother, Eugene Klee of Jasper; by 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for James Gunselman will be held at 10:00 a.m., EST, on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2-8 p.m., on Wednesday. A parish and Y.M.I. vigil service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday evening, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
