Jacinta Maria (Warner) Wuerth, 64, Otwell

Jacinta Maria (Warner) Wuerth, 64, of Otwell, passed away on Friday, August 25, 2023, at her home. 

She was born on February 24, 1959, in Hialeah, Fla., to David Warner and Theresa (LaVallee) Ellis.

Jacinta worked at J. D. Levy & Associates, Inc. for 20 years. She was a member of Samuel’s Bridge, Bethany Christian Church in Wahington, Indiana, Shiloh Church in Jasper, Indiana and Mt. Pisgah in Winslow, Indiana.  In her free time, she loved horseback riding, painting and spending time with her grandkids.

She is survived by her husband, Alan Wuerth; her children, Krystle Leonard (Chad), James Wuerth (Cassie) and Jill Russell (Bruce); 11 grandchildren; her mother, Theresa Ellis, as well as her brothers, Frank Warner, Joe Warner and Joe Crandall.

Jacinta is preceded in death by her father, David Warner; her sister, Lucia Raucci (Rick), as well as a grandchild.

A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at Bethany Christian Church, 1139 S. SR 57, Washington, Indiana 47501.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m., followed by a light meal and further visiting hours from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Simple Cremation Evansville is entrusted with care.
