Internationally acclaimed violinist to perform at Jasper Arts Center November 20
Jasper Arts will welcome internationally acclaimed violinist Nemanja Radulovi? and his dynamic chamber orchestra, Double Sens, to the Jasper Arts Center on Friday, November 20, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. The performance is part of
the ensemble’s inaugural United States tour, bringing its distinctive blend of classical virtuosity, passion, and musical innovation to audiences across the country.
Founded by Radulovi? in 2008, Double Sens brings together accomplished musicians from France and Serbia who share a commitment to breaking down boundaries in classical music. Known for their expressive performances, remarkable technical skill, and infectious energy, the ensemble offers a fresh perspective on some of the world’s most celebrated compositions.
The evening’s program will feature Antonio Vivaldi’s beloved The Four Seasons, one of classical music’s most
recognizable and enduring masterpieces. Through four violin concertos depicting the changing seasons, Vivaldi captures everything from birdsong and summer thunderstorms to autumn celebrations and winter’s icy chill. Radulovi? and Double Sens bring these vivid musical scenes to life with an interpretation that combines technical brilliance with dramatic intensity.
The program will also include Johann Sebastian Bach’s Chaconne from Partita No. 2 in D Minor and his Violin Concerto in D Minor, along with selections from Radulovi?’s Roots project, which draws inspiration from musical traditions around the world.
A Serbian-French violinist celebrated for his charismatic stage presence and adventurous approach to classical music, Radulovi? has performed with many of the world’s leading orchestras, including the New York Philharmonic, Munich Philharmonic, and Sydney Symphony Orchestra. His recording of Beethoven’s Violin Concerto earned the prestigious 2024 OPUS KLASSIK Award for Concerto Recording of the Year.
Under Radulovi?’s artistic direction, Double Sens has developed an international reputation for performances that
emphasize the emotional power and accessibility of classical music. The ensemble has appeared at renowned venues including the Philharmonie de Paris, Berlin Philharmonie, and Vienna Konzerthaus.
Their November tour marks the ensemble’s United States debut, with performances at prominent concert halls including Lincoln Center in New York, Severance Hall in Cleveland, and Orchestra Hall in Chicago. The Jasper Arts Center performance offers regional audiences a unique opportunity to experience these internationally celebrated musicians close to home.
Whether a longtime classical music enthusiast or someone experiencing a live chamber orchestra for the first time,
audiences can look forward to an evening of exceptional musicianship and compelling musical storytelling.
