Indiana State Department of Agriculture announces cost share applications open
Beginning July 1, the Indiana State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) will be taking applications for county cost share projects that meet their eligible practices listing.
The Indiana Management of Agriculture Enhancements (IMAGE) program is a cost-share initiative designed to help Indiana producers make practical improvements to their farming operations. Through financial assistance and technical support, IMAGE helps landowners implement projects that reduce nutrient loss, strengthen infrastructure, support livestock management, and promote responsible stewardship of natural resources. The program provides up to 75% cost-share for approved conservation practices.
Eligible Practices Include:
- Heavy Use Area Pads (561)
- Watering Facility (512)
- Livestock Pipeline (516)
- Pasture and Hay Planting (512)
- Soil Amendments
- Other EQIP-eligible practices with NRCS technical documentation
